Burner

NOVAPULS NP-G-48/RDS edge and ceiling slit burners - suitable for operation with hydrogen

This type of burner is used to achieve homogeneous temperature distribution in critical areas of the furnace, such as edge and ceiling gaps. The adjustable burner nozzle allows targeted heating of difficult-to-reach areas. In combination with another injector burner, this type of burner can be mounted in a common double stokehole in the furnace.
This burner has already been operated successfully with hydrogen as fuel.

Data Sheet

NOVAJET NJ-GD-130-96 High speed burner for gaseous fuels - suitable for operation with hydrogen

This burner for gaseous fuels produces very good circulation effects in the combustion channel due to its high outlet impulse and is used below the auto-ignition temperature of the fuel as an overhead and side burner.
This burner has already been operated successfully with hydrogen as fuel.

Data Sheet

NOVAPULS NP-GD-VI-48 Variator for gaseous fuels - suitable for operation with hydrogen

This burner type, known as a “variator”, is characterized by the infinitely variable adjustability of the gas nozzle and mixing tube designed as a venturi nozzle. This allows a wide range of operating modes to be set, from premixing to muzzle-mixing combustion operation. With this burner type, a minimum secondary air addition to the furnace can be achieved.
This burner has already been operated successfully with hydrogen as fuel.

Data Sheet

NOVAPULS NP-GD-48-SIC injector torch lance - suitable for operation with hydrogen

This injector burner lance is used from furnace temperatures < 750 °C as an overhead or side burner for gas or light oil. This burner has already been operated successfully with hydrogen as fuel.

Data Sheet

NSU1-G-48SA-UV start-up burner for gaseous fuels - suitable for operation with hydrogen

The so-called “start burner” is used for furnace ignition at temperatures below the ignition temperature of the fuel. This mobile atmospheric start burner is equipped with ignition monitoring. The burner capacity is adjusted via an IFR-2 fine control valve.
This burner has already been operated successfully with hydrogen as fuel.
